An account designed for Customers who have a genuine interest in supporting their local community and others around Australia, by donating half or all of the interest earnt to the community through Community Enterprise™ Foundation, the charitable arm of the Bendigo and Adelaide Bank Group.

Interest Options

Two options are available in determining the rate of return for investors. Only one option can be selected.

Option 1
The rate of return is shared equally by the account holder and Community Enterprise™ Foundation.

Option 2
The account holder donates the full rate of return which is instead directed to Community Enterprise™ Foundation for distribution to not for profit groups.

All donations of $2 or more are fully tax deductable.

Funds donated to Community Enterprise™ Foundation will be redirected nationally to support not for profit groups from the following sectors

  • Public health programs and services
  • Community-related building projects
  • Innovative community services
  • Public education
  • Arts and culture
  • Environmental projects
  • Other

Customers will have an opportunity to nominate which sector(s)* they would like to see supported by completing a questionnaire which will be included in the information pack issued by Community Enterprise™ Foundation on account opening. These packs will be mailed to customers who have elected to receive marketing materials and will not be available at Branch level.

* The Trustee of the Foundation will consider these preferences when distributing funds.
